The BCPVPA Benefits Program

The British Columbia Principals’ & Vice-Principals’ Association (BCPVPA) offers a comprehensive disability benefits plan to participating School Districts and organizations. The plan is for non-unionized staff of the K-12 education sector. Eligible employees include Principals and Vice-Principals and exempt staff including superintendents, secretary-treasurers and senior school district managers.
